Cancel any time
Manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe using the email address you paid with.
Email john@teslareferral.ie from the address you paid with and say you want to cancel. We cancel your subscription in Stripe within one working day and confirm by email. There is no fee and no minimum term.
Your listing stays live until the end of the month you have paid for. You are not charged again.
Your 14-day cancellation right
You have 14 days from the day you pay to cancel. On the join page you ask us to start your listing straight away, so:
- Cancel within 14 days: we refund what you paid, minus a pro-rata amount for the days your listing was live. For example, cancelling a €9 Standard plan after 5 days of a 30-day month refunds €7.50.
- Cancel after 14 days: future payments stop. A month already paid is not refunded part-way.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within 14 days of your cancellation.
When we refund in full or in part anyway
- We charge you by mistake, or charge you twice.
- We remove a paid listing for a reason that is not your fault. We refund the unused part of that month.
- We close paid listings. We refund any part of a month already paid that we cannot provide.
Reaching Tesla's annual referral limit is not a fault on either side. Tell us and we cancel straight away, and the rules above apply.
